Unable to access dSYM file using an application that was run on the iPhone simulator before
I am using a binary application that is distributed by a company to fix some compatibility issues. For this I need to run the application on the iPhone simulator.
However, when I run the application on the simulator I get an message in the terminal saying:
dyld: Library not loaded: /tmp/appName/Payload/Frameworks/libMobileGestalt.dylib

Abort trap: 6
The other applications run without any issues and can be used after that. This is only the one that needs to be run.
This application only existed on the device. The application does not exist in the simulator.
I was able to use the application after it was installed from the iPhone app store. However, the company no longer offers a way to install apps on devices. I don't know if I should contact the company and ask how to make a dSYM file from the release package, or what else could I do to fix this issue.

I'm not familiar with the binary you're using, but I'm guessing it probably has a "use on device only" flag. This flag can be found in the application's bundle file. You'll likely have to get the company to re-examine its applications, and then if possible have them re-submit them to the app store, so that they can use a
