I. GENERAL TERMS

- I reserve the right to decline an order if I see fit to do so. Although our situation is a desperate one, I do draw the line at certain requests. Either because it's out of my profession or because it's not what I'm comfortable drawing. (See do's and don'ts section for my hard nos.)

- I am allowed to use the commission to both promote myself and use as an example. I will give your character used in a credit, if you prefer (message me about it beforehand please.)

- You, as a customer, will give me the time I need when it comes to working on the commission and giving out updates. My turn around time can vary greatly depending on how our situation is going, but for most pieces they either take me anywhere from two weeks to a month or two. You, as a customer, have the right to ask me for any immediate updates after three days, but don't spam me please. Our living situation is very fragile and since I have a lot of things to juggle between getting money for food and the room, to clearing my commission queue and working on an upwards of 10+ commissions time to time.

- Payments will be made upfront with no refunds available. Since we use the money we need as soon as we get paid for the room and food, we don't have the ability to refund anyone if there were a case of that. Please keep that in mind if you do decide to commission me. If you are unhappy with the way it turns out or looks, ask me for any changes and I will happily deliver them.

- I only accept USD and take payment through PayPal, Cashapp or Venmo, though PayPal is what I use primarily.

- If the commission has a deadline or must be rushed, a 50% deadline fee will be charged.

II. PROCESS AND DELIVERY

- There will typically be four updates in my art process. The sketch, the line work, the flats and the shading. Sometimes there can be a fifth if a background is involved.

- You, as a customer, have the opportunity and the responsibility to let me know of any changes you'd like made in any part of the process. So long as it's not an egregious amount of changes, I will not charge any extra fees for any changes whatsoever.

- If you need an immediate update, let me know and I will provide what I can.

- If there comes a rough period or delay in the commission either due to us having to leave the motel or me having to focus on getting what money we need for the room or food at the time, I will let you know.

- I don't have the means to print out any artwork, so I'm only selling digital works for now. I will send you a high resolution version of the finished piece and if you'd like, I can also send it through email since I know some do prefer that.

III. DO'S AND DONT'S

- I mainly draw humans and humanoid creatures, such as elves, druids, gnomes, mages, qunari, and anything that's generally fantasy themed. The main fandom I draw for is Dragon Age, but I can do other fantasy related titles such as Baulders Gate, DND or anything of that sort. If you're unsure if your subject falls under this, feel free to ask me. I can also draw furries, though I have the least amount of practice there so it's rare for me to take on.

- My heavy don'ts are : heavy gore, NSFW, child characters (any character below the age of eighteen) in a provocative manner or in harm, anything with scat/vomit/piss or bodily fluids aside from blood, and too complicated of backgrounds or ships (space or otherwise).

- if you have any questions or anything you're unsure is under a do or don't, please send them along with your commission request.

IV. CONTACT

- I will ask for you to fill out a commission form when it comes to sending in a request. It will look something like this :

1. Commission type. (insert which commission type you'd like, whether it be a fullbody, group commission, headshot or etc. If it's multiple commissions, and whether or not you'd like it to be shaded.)

2. Character(s). (Include character descriptions/references for your character here.)

3. Commission details. (Include things like what pose and expression you'd like for said commission or what references you'd like me to base those things off on.)

4. Any other details you'd like me to pay attention to.

5. If there's a deadline, please list so here.
