Born in São Paulo, Brazil and of Japanese decent, I moved to Japan at the age of 11 and grew up in a diverse and multicultural environment.
Working in various high-end restaurants across Tokyo and Yokohama, I became acquainted and gained numerous experience within the F&B hospitality industry. I was quickly exposed to the world of mixology in the never-ending bustle and night-life of Tokyo.
Since 2016, my experience, innovative mindset and creative passion influenced the menu and layout of Cabin Nakameguro, quickly turning it into one of Tokyo's hidden bar gems. As sole bartender of Cabin, I decided to focus my energy and creative passion in this art form with the goal of perfecting classics, creating unique drinks and introducing the world of cocktails to my customer
It also gave me global opportunities as a guest bartender with the likes of the world renown luxury hotel chain, Rosewood Hotel in Phnom Penh Cambodia. Furthermore, my influence and constant curiosity to learn, led to building close connections with local Japanese whisky, gin and sake brewers, international alcohol companies such as Pernod Ricard, and even in the fashion industry.
My ultimate mission is to share my enjoyment, passion and creativity with others. I’m actively pursuing consulting for various bars, cafes and restaurants by providing exclusive services to clients, bringing their businesses to the next level.
