The products dashboard
- Manage product interface
The “Products dashboard” allows you to add any products you want to sell, edit product Thumbnail details and Checkout Page.
- View order details
“My Order” has four tab: All Orders, Unfulfilled, Completed and Refunded. Tab Unfulfilled to see the details of products you need to fulfill. It also shows the total number of products you need to fulfill on the top-right corner.
Measure to filter out sales in a specific date range
Click ” ” to filter by type
- Withdraw earnings from Linkr Wallet
View your earnings and transactions details.
- Open wallet check your earnings and withdraw money directly.
- “Transactions” shows all the orders you have fulfilled. You can click any orders to see the details.
- When you fulfill an order, the money you earn can be withdrawn after 10 days.
Digital download
What is a Digital Download Product?
A digital download product is one of the most common forms of digital products. Sell your knowledge through a downloadable that can be accessed at anytime of the day.
You can upload any kind of file to your Linkr Store, including .xls, .pdf, .psd, .mp4, and even link to an online page (URL). Linkr will send this file or link directly to your customer on purchase.

You can upload a cover image. Cover images can be images(independent of the file you’ve uploaded as your product file) that advertise, help describe your product, or offer a taste of what’s to come.
Compelling cover images double conversion rates, contribute to your brand and give your product its own identity.

The button title is a required item, and it can also be selected as the default copy.

Set Price and Button Title, Products can be free or as much as USD 9,999,999,999. You can also turn on the Sales Price ($) switch to do promotional activities.

What happens when someone purchases my Personalized Response?
1. Once you receive an order, you’ll immediately receive an email with your Order Details as well as a button to “Fulfill Your Order”.
2. Record your video and click Fulfill Order to upload your video response. Linkr will then send it directly to your customer.
3. Your customer will receive an email with the video so they can download and watch it!
How to complete an order
Once your customer buys your product, you will receive a reminder via App push or email to fulfill your order within 5 days.
After the order is paid, a 120-hour countdown will be started. After the countdown, the orders that are still not fulfilled will be refunded.
View user requirements and upload goods on the order details page, only one file can be uploaded, and the maximum size is 1G*, supported upload formats are compressed package, video file, audio file, and folder (all others).
For “Video/Audio Message” orders，you need to upload Video/Audio Message to finish the order.*
For “video call” and “phone call” orders, you need to upload performance screenshots to complete the performance*
For “Direct Message” orders, you need to upload Message to finish the order.*
After fulfilling one order, you will be prompted to check the income in your Linkr Wallet.
Affiliates product
What is an affiliate Product?
You can earn money by promoting and selling affiliate products, just without holding any stock, having to fulfill orders, or dealing with customer services. Sales are tracked via affiliate links to enable commissions to be calculated.
Affiliates product is one of the best ways to monetize your page, especially when you don’t sell products or services.

How deal？
We’ll automatically deliver secure deliver goods to your customers when your affiliate products are sold. It doesn’t matter if you sell 1 or 100,000 products per day – everything is automated and there’s no daily management required.
Sort/Order Your Products
By default, products are displayed in the order that they are created. When a new product is added, it will automatically show at the start of your product list.
To rearrange your product’s default sort order, you can click & hold the icon in your dashboard, then drag the product into the position you want it to display.
To rearrange your products:
From your Linkr store dashboard
From the store page, select the click & hold the icon next to the product you want to move
Drag the product to the desired position in the list and release.
Get paid
Enter Linkr Wallet, add a Payoneer account, and then enter the payout amount. We will deal with your withdrawal application in no more than two working days.
Linkr’s fees
Fees on Linkr are simple: When you make a sale, we charge a fee.
Here’s the fee structure when buyers pay by credit card (including Apple Pay & Google Pay):
